Every wedding couple gets two in-depth questionnaires during booking that helps me get to know you and build your timeline before your special day. Your answers such as your comfortability level in front of the camera, what you are most excited about on your wedding day, your little details that make your day your own, and more allow me to paint a better picture of who you are as a couple and how I can give you the best experience during our time together. I'm available for unlimited Google Meet calls and emails to discuss anything wedding related throughout the whole process.

After we got to chat on our Google Meet, I will send you the booking link to secure your wedding date with me. This is where you will pay the 25% non-refundable retainer and sign the contract. A follow-up email is sent within 24 hours of you completing the booking which contains my Complete Wedding Welcome Guide, a copy of your signed contract and invoice, your private Pinterest mood board, two questionnaires, and an overview of your wedding details.
YOUR WEDDING CELEBRATION
Can you believe the day is already here?! After many long months of planning, it is finally time to see your vision come to life. After working together throughout the planning process, your engagement session, and multiple calls, I know exactly what you will prioritize on your wedding day and how to best serve you and your partner. I am one of the only vendors that spends most of the day with you, and I never want my presence to be overwhelming. I'll be that fly on the wall photographing the authentic moments, but can also speed run family portraits with plenty of helpful direction.
GALLERY DELIVERY
After your wedding day, the only thing you have left in order to relive your day is your wedding photos. To keep that just married excitement going, you’ll receive 50-100 sneak peeks within 48 hours. They’re perfect for sharing with friends and family and getting you even more excited while you wait for your full gallery. Your complete set of images will be ready within eight weeks and delivered straight to your inbox through a password protected digital download gallery. You will have access to the print store included within the gallery link to order albums, prints, and more.

I am so excited you are interested in the Emma Joyce Photo wedding experience! I am currently booking 2027 weddings and elopements. Dates fill quickly May-October. Destination weddings incur a base travel rate of $1,000 in addition to your desired coverage.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Where are you located?
I am based in Dartmouth, Massachusetts and serve the entire South Coast area, all of Rhode Island, Boston, and further destinations. Most weddings take place in the New England area, but I travel worldwide. Destinations over three hours away will incur my base travel rate.
How far in advance should we inquire?
I typically book out 6-12 months in advance. Peak dates in months like June, August, and October tend to book faster than other months. I always recommend reaching out sooner rather than later to confirm availability, but you are welcome to reach out at any point in the planning process in case of last minute openings.
Are engagement sessions included?
A complimentary engagement session is included in both of my wedding experiences, as well as my elopement package. This is my standard Piano Man package including one outfit and one location, but you are welcome to upgrade to the Orbiter package for additional outfits and locations.
Do you work with a second photographer?
Yes! My 6 and 8 hour wedding experiences include a second photographer for your entire wedding day. I have a few trusted photographers that I work with for each of my weddings depending on their availability.
What if our timeline goes off schedule?
Trust me when I say that wedding days rarely run right on schedule, and that's okay! I am experienced in adapting according to the events of the day while still capturing everything as discussed. When going over the timeline, I always add in buffer time because you truly never know what could go off plan on your wedding date. You might need to use the bathroom in a heavy wedding dress, maybe some family members wandered away during portraits, or we all got stuck in traffic moving between venues. It is always better to prepare for these sorts of things in advance rather than cramming the timeline too jam packed for any disruptions.
How many photos will I receive and when?
All galleries are delivered within eight weeks of your session date. 50-100 sneak peeks are delivered within the first 48 hours.
